We advise a variety of Landowners, Housebuilders, Land Promoters and Commercial Developers in the course of various transactional and post acquisition processes delivering a variety of services through the planning, post planning and construction stages.

We work on projects with a range of shapes and sizes in both residential and commercial sectors. Sites typically range in size from 100-2,500 residential dwellings or 300,000 - 4 million sq.ft across sites from 10 - 2,000 acres.
